GOAL
Family Law Group decided they would need to establish a consistent structure to their IT landscape. Their operations were supported by another IT provider, who worked alongside Family Law Group’s internal IT resource. However, the support package wasn’t fully flexible to the firm’s needs and the internal resource had alternated personnel.
As a result, they needed to:
• Establish a long-term internal IT resource.
• Utilise a new external IT solutions provider.
• Find a flexible solution that fitted within their allocated budget.
By achieving these goals, the Family Law Group would be able continue to provide a high-level service and the amazing work they do, especially the impactful work that is heavily involved in legal aid.
SOLUTION
To address the goals of Family Law Group, T-Tech worked closely with the firm to understand their full needs and how to best address these with a solution that was in alignment with the budget.

Additionally, the IT Assist service guaranteed that if the internal resource was away due to sickness or holidays, T-Tech could seamlessly step in to resolve any IT issues, regardless of the level of support required.
OUTCOME
